First time at del taco. I usually prefer the authentic street food Mexican food but their burrito there was amazing! The service in the drive thru is awesome! She was so nice and gave me lots of sauces and was very friendly the whole time even though it was 12am.
The guy at the window didn't get my order for medium fries. He said that I didn't order them .I said that I did and that he even asked me what size. He was very rude and said not to give him any attitude because I wanted a hot order of fries. I said that he should have apologized. He acted like I never ordered them and said that I had to reorder and drive around again. You need to train your employees on how to communicate with the public and learn some manners. Alittle respect for your elders would also help.
Always get grab from this place but it's been 3 times I order food and the rice is hard. It just ruins the whole eating experience and feels like I'm eating rocks. Do not recommend this location.The hard rice was also found in the 8layer burrito and cali burrito.Will not return to this location

We went through the drive-through on Christmas Evening. Everyone that we interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As it was Christmas night, we were incredibly surprised with how great everyone was. While this comment may seem trivial, this is the Del Taco I will be going to in the future, even though there is a closer one to our home. I wish I would have gotten the name of those that helped us, as I would have listed them in my comment. They were all superb!
Today I ordered a egg and cheese burrito.What I got was a Bacon and egg burrito. I am allergic to bacon, I didn't order bacon. However took a bite and nothing but bacon.Because I am so allergic I had to use my Epi-Pen and go to the emergency room.How do you get an egg and cheese burrito soWrong?I will be reaching out for my copay to be reimbursed as well as the cost of the burrito.Additionally I feel you folks should understand what quality control is
